Wellspring Counseling accepts a variety of insurance plans. Couples therapy and family counseling is generally not a covered expense, unless there is an individual diagnosis and it is part of the treatment plan. As a courtesy, Wellspring Counseling LLC will submit insurance claims to your provider. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information regarding your insurance coverage prior to billing and to immediately notify this provider if there are changes to your plan. If inaccurate information has been provided and claims are denied, the client will be responsible for the outstanding balance. Copays or deductibles are due at the beginning of the session. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to verify benefits prior to session.
